4 Story, 149,000 square foot wood framed apartment building.  Apartment was designed for hurricane requirements.

Two story, wood frame duplex, with a total of 4,800 square feet.

 

Richmond Avenue Tower Conversion

Houston, TX                                                        2004

Conversion of existing 10 story office building into luxury apartments.  Design included 5,000 square feet of new mezzanine inside of the existing structure

 

Great Traditions, University Village

Cincinnati, Ohio                                                    2004

SSI provided design “coaching” to a local structural engineer for a 250,000 square foot, 4 story wood framed apartment structure.  SSI helped with load calculations, framing orientation and design concepts for the supporting 2 story parking garage.
