SCHNEIDER STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

Feasibility Studies

Feasibility studies provide the owner or the Design Build Contractor the ability to see the future possibility of design, and constructed costs.

A feasibility study is the combination of Schematic Design(SD) and a Constructed Cost Estimate. The combination of these services provides the projected construction configuration, finishes, and an estimate of the constructed costs.

The success of a feasibility study relies on the expertise of the engineering firm and the experience to provide a reasonable estimate of final costs.

Schneider Structural Engineering, Inc. (SSE) also shares the experience and expertise that can be found in the offices in Denver, Colorado; and  Dallas, Texas. SSE is experienced in combining the resources into a homogenous team. This builds in experience regarding regional differences to provide a smooth and successful feasibility study.

SSE has provided many accurate and successful feasibility studies with innovative design concepts in the schematic design phases of the project.
